The all-purpose tent and shelter flooring system with all-around superior performance

EventDeck modules are 4” (W) x 12” (L) x .75” and ship in pre-assembled panels of 3’ x 4’ for quicker deployment. Tiles connect on all sides using Signature’s easy-to-use connection system. This interlocking design allows for rapid installation and removal with minimal labor and requires no tools, fasteners, specialized training or electricity. A 20ft x 20ft tent or shelter floor can be installed in 30 minutes with 2 people. Modules are made of rugged and durable material and have hidden channels underneath to allow water running down tent sidewalls to flow underneath the fl oor. An integrated cable channel is included underneath each module for running wires and power cords to center poles, and other in-tent areas. EventDeck is waterproof and UV-resistant and will hold up in nearly any climate.

Portable Military Shelter Flooring

EventDeck® (ED) is Signature Flooring’s all-purpose tent and shelter flooring system. It has been used in thousands of tents and shelters in military and emergency management applications all over the world.

EventDeck’s system is designed to provide a rigid, dry, and comfortable support base for cots, tables, chairs, and other equipment. It is ideal over level grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and dirt surfaces, and will contour to sub-surfaces to prevent “see-sawing.” EventDeck will not warp, rot, crack or fade, and is an ideal substitute to tarps and lay-down plywood floors.

Choose EventDeck 2 (ED2) with the smooth top for most shelter applications. ED2 can be used as a stand-alone floor or as a sub-floor for carpet or synthetic turf. Staple or tape carpet and synthetic turf right to EventDeck for the ultimate flooring combination for long-term use shelters.

Portable Military Shelter Flooring for large Tents

Medium-duty portable flooring suitable for large-scale tents and shelter flooring applications. Ideal where a more rigid, rugged and level floor is required.

UltraDeckTM (EDU) is Signature’s mid-range tent flooring system, ideal for nearly any tent and shelter flooring application. It provides a rigid and uniform feel underfoot that is suitable for shelters that require a rigid, yet comfortable floor, especially large-scale tents and shelters – such as TOC, dining hall, classroom, recreation center, exchange and maintenance applications.

Unlike other modular plastic floors, Ultra-Deck can be laid straight down on most ground surfaces, leveled with plywood stringers and shims, or raised on multiple layers of stringers as required.

The UltraDeck system is suitable for more rugged environments, where greater heights and more rigidity are required. UltraDeck sections can handle a wide range of uneven ground surfaces since modules are a beefy 1’(W) x 2’(L) x 1-1/8” (H) and ships in pre-assembled pan-el sizes of 3’x4’ for rapid deployment and removal. EDU’s size and thickness pro-vide increased insulation against harsh weather - especially beneficial for billeting shelters.

Ribbed reinforcements provide tremendous strength and weight loading capabilities and larger cable channels allow heavy gauge power cables to be run underneath the floor with multiple access points for use in TOCs, command posts and forward operating bases.

ArmorDeckTM (TD) is an ideal system for heavy-duty tent and shelter fl ooring and a temporary roadway system. ArmorDeck is an advanced engineered, large panel system de-signed to handle heavy loads and provide stability. ArmorDeck is made of high quality HDPE; panels are 42” x 42” x 2” (useable area).

ArmorDeck’s unique integrated connection system is self-aligning and offers a simple-connect option designed for lightweight applications - simply snap connect the loops for quick and simple deployments. For more heavy-duty applications, the system offers a secure-connect option that uses an aluminum cam-lock system to tightly secure the panels and provide the ultimate in a rigid and sturdy shelter floor or portable roadway.

ArmorDeck is ideal for nearly any type of large shelter application – including command and control, medical, and billeting tents, as well as maintenance and warehouse/storage shelters. HexaDeck® (HD) is Signature’s hexagonal-shaped tile system that utilizes a specialized inter-module connection method to provide tremendous strength and weight-loading capabilities. This enables HexaDeck to support the weight of large trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment, making it suitable for warehouse tents, vehicle-maintenance tents, temporary-vehicle access roadways, and other heavy-duty shelter applications.
HexaDeck Portable Military Shelter Flooring

Each hexagonal tile interlocks to adjacent tiles using an easy to use, channel overlay/underlay system. Simply slide each tile next to another HexaDeck section, where it is easily “locked” into place. Unlike square modules, HexaDeck’s hexagonal design avoids the structural weakness associated with a four-way joining point. As such it may be also be used as a temporary roadway for access to tent sites.

HexaDeck can be used to create roadways over virtually any type of terrain. It’s unique ribbed structure on the underside of each tile distributes weight effectively on uneven and unstable ground conditions which allows HD to be used over sand, gravel, mud, grass, asphalt and other unstable surfaces. With its unique hexagonal shape it is possible to create a roadway of nearly any size or shape, fitting easily around corners and angled edges without cutting or sawing. Because it can support tremendous payloads, HexaDeck can be used to stage and park trailers, trucks, utility vehicles, equipment, and military vehicles.
